I started the process in December of 2023. I worked with Pablo Castillo on the project. I had to turn plans into the city for approval... and Pablo was able to get all the information the city requested and answer any other questions that came up through the process for approval. Took City one month to approve building. The foundation and prep work was started last week of April. Foundation and pad was completed May 3rd. I informed Pablo site was ready. I made last minute changes to building. Completed paperwork and deposit. I was called one week later by manufacturer and building was delivered and installed by May 15th. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the building. Pablo was in contact with me through the whole process. Pablo also sent me information for accessories for lights for the outside. Pablo with Mellenium buildings has gone above and beyond in the planning for my 30x60 shop/garage build. He has made the whole process... seamless and worked tirelessly with all the ideas I’ve thrown at him, day or night if I had questions or concerns he always made himself available. Not only has he been extremely knowledgeable he’s given a fresh approach to the whole process by using social media platforms such as TikTok to showcase the work he has done with the company.
